Who are we?

Estate Zone Group Pty Ltd is a real estate company, focused on delivering effective and efficient service within the real estate industry. The group is committed to high levels of professionalism and integrity.

We are registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board.

We are proud to be associated with Mortgage Max (a bond originator that is accredited with all the major banks), which can provide a one-stop service for financing to buyers at no additional cost to the client. A panel of attorneys is also available to assist sellers and buyers alike with any legal advice regarding real estate.

Our bedrock is a hard-core desire to sell properties to the satisfaction of all the parties. We would like our business to be known as a business with a culture of partnerships between all the stakeholders.

The principal of Estate Zone Group Pty Ltd is Annelie Büchler (BA Communication, BA(Hons) Philosophy). She is also a qualified Personal Profile Analyst, and with this as a background coupled with excellent communication skills, she is an excellent high-level negotiator and mentor. Annelie is currently studying towards MSc Degree in Psychological Research with her major in consumer behavior.

Annelie started her property career in 2004. In the first 3 months, she was appointed as the top rookie agent for a National Real Estate Group in South Africa and has since then earned numerous IRSA awards. During 2005 she earned third place in the prestigious Agent of the Year competition of IRSA in the category “agents without assistants” and was also one of the top ten IRSA agents at the annual IRSA awards ceremony for national sales based on turnover. In 2006 Annelie earned the top position in the National Real Estate Group, nationwide based on the highest turnover. In 2007 Annelie started her own company, Estate Zone Pty Ltd. In 2022 Estate Zone expanded into a National Realtor Group, Estate Zone Group Pty Ltd.
